BENEFITS CHECK UP SCREENS
DSAS staff will be on hand to assist you with the web-based Benefits Check Up questionaire.  Once your questionaire is completed, you'll receive a customized report listing federal, state, and Cuyahoga County benefits for which you may qualify.
